We want you to feel confident when shopping with RazVapeCo. If something changes or doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds—always with your satisfaction in mind.
1. Cancelling an Order
Plans change—we get it.
- If you cancel your order before it ships or is prepared for production, we’ll issue a full refund right away.
- Once your order has been shipped, we’re no longer able to cancel it, but you may still request a return (see below).
2. Returning a Product
Not quite what you expected? No problem. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
To make sure we can accept your return:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Please keep your order confirmation or receipt handy—it helps us process things quickly.
- Contact us first for the correct return address (please don’t send items back to the manufacturer directly).
Good to know:
- You won’t be charged any restocking fees.
- You’ll only ever be charged one shipping cost for the return, if applicable.
3. Getting Your Refund
As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll send you an email update.
- If approved, we’ll process your refund and return the funds to your original payment method.
- Refund times vary a little depending on your bank or card provider, but most happen within a few business days.
4. If Your Refund Seems Delayed
If it’s taking longer than expected:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Ask your credit card company—they may take a little time to post refunds.
- Check with your bank—sometimes there’s a processing delay.
